Can I own 100% of a Ukrainian LLC as a foreigner?
Yes — full foreign ownership is permitted. Some regulated activities require local participation; we flag those before you commit.
Do I need a Ukrainian director?
If the intended director is a foreign national who does not already have permanent residence or another work-permit exemption, the company usually launches with a local or otherwise eligible interim director. That director completes the initial company setup and supports the work-permit process. Once the foreign director is legally eligible to work, we notarise and register the director change.
How long does bank account opening really take?
We work with banks accustomed to foreign founders and prepare the ownership and KYC documents before filing. A compliance review can take two to five working days after the complete package is submitted, although the bank controls the process and may request more information.
