Standard fee
Our standard buyer-side fee is 5% of the purchase price. It may be reduced to 3% when we source the property directly from an owner in our internal database. Full legal due diligence is usually USD 450–600 and takes 2–5 working days; the exact fee and timing depend on the property and location. If you complete the purchase through us, that due-diligence fee is credited toward our commission.

Yes. Foreigners can freely own apartments and houses; agricultural land has separate rules. We confirm the position for your specific target before you commit.
Do I need to be in Lviv for the closing?
Not necessarily. A notarised power of attorney for a trusted representative can allow the purchase to close without your presence, although attending in person is often advisable. We organise the process for clients who choose to buy remotely.
