Our story
Built around a frustration we kept hearing.
West Estate started as a real estate practice for foreign tenants in Lviv. Clients increasingly asked us to coordinate residency, property and business matters together, so we built three connected core practices around that need and a network for specialist support.
Our core practices are Residence, Property and Business. Accounting, legal, relocation and strategic advisory support is delivered by our team, coordinated specialists or established partner firms according to the scope shown on each service page.

Rostyslav Zhuravchak
Founder and CEO
Rostyslav founded West Estate Lviv in 2019 and leads client strategy across real estate, business setup and relocation. He coordinates matters that involve several services and remains involved from the first discussion through completion.

A legal professional with more than three years of practical experience in migration and corporate law, Max specialises in legal support for foreigners in Ukraine. He also brings more than three years of hands-on experience in real estate.
