Standard fee
Our standard tenant-side fee for a residential rental is one month’s rent, payable when the lease is signed. A different scope can be agreed for premium, corporate or concierge searches.

Can I rent furnished?
Yes — most of our long-term inventory is furnished to a high standard. We also handle unfurnished briefs with sourcing partners.
