Which areas do you cover?
Our normal search area is Lviv and locations roughly up to 10 km from the ring road. We can travel farther when the brief justifies it and may also review suitable options from partners elsewhere in Lviv region.
Can a company sign the lease for its staff?
Often yes, subject to the owner's agreement and the company documents. We check the proposed contracting arrangement before drafting the lease.
