LLC or FOP — which should I choose?
FOP can be quick and tax-simple, but you operate personally and the simplified regime has revenue limits. FOP registration alone does not provide a ground for a long-term residence permit. We compare it with an LLC against your business and immigration plans.
Can I register a company without coming to Ukraine?
Yes. With a notarised power of attorney, a certified passport copy and a certified Ukrainian translation, we can coordinate the company registration and most setup steps remotely. We handle the preparation while you focus on your business. Some work-permit steps, and all visa and residence-permit steps that legally require personal attendance, remain separate in-person procedures.
