Fixed fee
Our fixed fee is usually 50–100% of one month’s rent and is payable when the lease is signed, unless we agree otherwise. The exact fee depends on the property type, location and search scope. Coworking research is prepaid and separately scoped.
After the introductory call, we confirm whether the next step is a paid consultation or a written service scope.

What is a serviced office?
A serviced office is a ready-to-use managed office, usually furnished and offered with services such as reception, meeting rooms, internet and building management. We can compare these with conventional office-centre premises and whole buildings.
Can you research coworking spaces?
Yes. Under a prepaid research brief, we can contact suitable coworking operators, collect current terms and availability, compare the options and review the proposed agreement.
Do you work outside Lviv?
Our core search area is Lviv and locations roughly 10–15 km from the city. We can travel farther when the brief justifies it and can also check partner options elsewhere in Lviv region.
Do you connect utilities?
Residential properties usually already have active utility accounts, so a new connection is rarely needed. Commercial premises vary. New connections, account changes and additional setup after signing are outside the standard search and lease service, but we can agree a separate paid support scope.
