FAQ

Frequently asked.

  • Can I onboard a property remotely?

Often, yes. We first review the property’s condition and confirm ownership using the full title documents and identity checks, which may include a live video call or a current photo or video of the owner with their passport. A scanned signed cooperation agreement may be enough for initial onboarding. High-value rentals, commercial property and some signing arrangements can require a notarised power of attorney or another stronger form of authority.

  • Can I be paid in EUR or USD abroad?

Current Ukrainian currency controls can limit some cross-border foreign-currency transfers. We review the payment route with the owner and relevant financial specialists, then agree a lawful practical option for the specific property and owner. Tax handling, if needed, is coordinated with our accounting partner.
