Fixed fee
Our fixed fee is usually 50–100% of one month’s rent and is payable when the lease is signed, unless we agree otherwise. The exact fee may differ by property type, location and search scope.

Do you verify whether the premises can be used for my business?
We check the registered and permitted use, available technical capacity and practical fit with your planned activity. Specific permits depend on the business and premises and are scoped after review.
Can you arrange signage and permits?
Here, signage means an outdoor business sign or shopfront sign. Where required, we can coordinate the permit and installation process through partners. Licensing and related business support are agreed under a separate paid scope or monthly retainer.
What is outside the standard service?
Commercial premises vary: some have active utility accounts and others need account changes, capacity upgrades or a new connection. This work is outside the standard search and lease service and is quoted separately. Certified interpretation or certified translation is also charged separately when requested.
